Friend of the Year

A Friend of the Year is an individual or a group that has made a significant contribution to the advancement of libraries in Tennessee by effectively and creatively advancing policies or concepts central to public libraries. The award was first presented at the Friends and Trustees Luncheon at the 2011 conference of the Tennessee Library Association (TNLA) in Murfreesboro.
